The shipment was extremely fast. I'm going to use it on my holiday to test it out. The pillow is well-made, although it could extend out a little further, maybe by about 1 cm, but it's usable as is.

A significant negative aspect: the delivery confirmation occurred before the items were actually received. This is a major negative!
