The seller was great at answering all my questions and was a pleasant, friendly person. They assisted me with my order. While I did have questions, they were about the product itself. I was disappointed that the advertised illumination function wasn't present. The box was worn, although the product wasn't damaged. Also, the picture wasn't as vibrant as the one in the photo. I wouldn't say I'm unhappy, but I'm not overly thrilled either. Overall, I'd rate it an 8.2/10. Delivery was prompt.

The RGB lights on the mousepad are very dim, and in the photo it looks like the lights are bright.

The RGB lighting is uneven. It's significantly brighter near the connection point compared to the middle and the opposite end.
