The order was placed on August 7th and reached the delivery office on September 14th. The seller shipped the items on the same day they were purchased. The packaging was excellent; the branded box was bubble-wrapped and placed inside a sturdy, plain cardboard box. This explains why the box arrived undamaged and without any dents. It includes a storage case and comes with 3 attachments: 2 brushes and 1 rubber tip. The bristles on the attachments are soft. The device has 2 speed settings. The power button also controls the settings, and there is a backlight. It operates on two AA batteries (not provided). The battery compartment opens easily, and the handle has a rubberized grip.
