Unable to fully assess the product's performance, having purchased it for a barbering course that was canceled due to the virus. However, a haircut was done, and the machine performed well, cutting perfectly. I've only had the machine for a week. The cutting and finishing capabilities appear very beautiful and robust, but battery life and motor power for different hair types are unknown at this time. The product arrived well-packed in bubble wrap, and while there was initial concern about potential damage due to the office environment, the product is in perfect condition and functions as expected. It included a comb, like other machines. It truly is a beautiful machine.
