The product matches the advertisement and the delivery was successful. Despite this, it has not been effective for my female Catalan Shepherd, aged 10. She shows no response to the sound, vibration, or low-level electrical stimulation; she continues to bark as she always has, even after a month of using the collar.

The product arrived in good condition and was well packaged. The only issue is that the instructions are entirely in English. The collar fits well, and the dog needs to bark a number of times for the stimulation level to increase to the point where the dog truly notices it. Even if it's set to level 5, which is for vibration, the shock level increases depending on how much the dog barks.
