This is a good product. It secures to the headrest above and to the bottom of the car seat at the seat's turn. The plan is to attach the dog to the dog seat using a harness. Because I am somewhat cautious about potential accidents, I will also secure the dog using a harness and a harness strap (like a Truelove seat belt safety lock, available for purchase elsewhere) connected to the car's seat belt.
