These items are exactly as shown in the pictures. The size is accurate for my narrow feet. Although they were somewhat creased upon arrival, they smoothed out after the first wear. The sole is thick, the heel is strong and slightly raised, allowing comfortable walking for extended periods, unlike completely flat, thin-soled ballet flats, which can cause foot pain.

These are very comfortable, and they arrived quite quickly. The only drawback is that I can feel the texture of the fabric a little on the front, but they are very pretty.
