The shoes themselves are of good quality, soft, and aesthetically pleasing. However, the sizing is inaccurate. My foot measures 24.5, and I ordered a size 38 as indicated. Despite the shoes also being marked as 24.5, they arrived too large, feeling like a size 39 or even bigger, with a discrepancy of about 1 cm. Either the size chart provided is wrong, or the shoe's labeling is incorrect. I feel I've wasted my money. This is a negative experience.

The items were received in satisfactory condition and within the timeframe that was predicted.
