I liked the cosmetic bags; I ordered 4. One is a fluffy gray one, and the others are plastic of different sizes. The fluffy gray one is made like a pouch with a magnetic closure; I don't know the exact mechanism, but it's very convenient as it always closes itself. I call the plastic ones "plastic" because they are quite hard and hold their shape well. The zippers work fine. The order arrived very quickly. I didn't communicate with the seller.
