Very very beautiful watch

The product arrived as shown. However, the seller doesn't answer messages, making the transaction unsuccessful. The product arrived 20 days after the order. The packaging was inadequate. I paid a customs tax of 16.70 TL. My order was supposed to be boxed, and the box is present. I cannot contact the seller. I sent a message when I ordered, which has remained unread for 20 days. I will initiate a dispute. The seller charged more than the item's value and didn't send the correct product. I won't buy from this seller again. Please consider these issues before ordering. Alternatively, do not offer the product. I am dissatisfied with this seller.
