This Christmas, the bracelet and ring gifts are wonderful, very nice. I can only give BAGUE 5 stars because there isn't a 10; it was BAGUE.

The item arrived damaged due to shipping, which wasn't the seller's fault. The outer packaging shows evidence of being stepped on, likely by a shoe or boot, causing damage to the item. The seller responded quickly, within a day, and refunded the purchase. I'm very grateful to the seller for their honesty and excellent service; this kind of seller is rare. Despite the damage, the jewelry is beautiful, so I'm giving a 5-star rating. I highly recommend both the seller and the item.
